  • Grilled Rosemary Chicken Breast – Infused with garlic olive oil and fresh lemon served with garlic whipped potatoes
  • Vegetable Napoleon – A layered vegetarian favorite

  • Mediterranean Pasta – Penne pasta sautéed with sundried tomato, roasted bell peppers, olive, fresh broccoli, and artichoke in extra virgin olive oil and lemon
